Stuffed Paratha with veggies, banana, grapes

Stuffing : Finely chopped Swiss chard [It is one of the super foods], finely chopped Methi (Fenugreek leaves), cooked and mashed whole moong, salt, red chili powder, masala(spices optional). Mix and cook all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
Methi and Moong Stuffed Paratha : I made Whole wheat flour dough. If you know how to make stuffed paratha great! OR Roll the dough into thin tortilla. Half of the circle spread the stuffing and then fold the half over it. Roll it a little bit with rolling pin. Cook from both sides. OR you can buy uncooked/precooked whole wheat tortilla and make stuffed paratha.
I cut it into long triangles - easy to dip and eat with ketchup.
Banana, Grapes and Raspberries.
