Mini muffins, plum slices, yellow and green dried peas, mushrooms celery jicama broccoli with ranch

Mini banana nut honey yogurt Muffins (made with whole wheat flour + multigrain flour) : Easy to eat and easy to make in the morning (30 min).
1 cup whole wheat flour, 3/4 cup multigrain flour(with oats barley wheat germs), 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt,1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 cup apple sauce, 1 cup mashed well ripe bananas, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, some chocolate chips or M&M s.
Mix all wet ingredients (eggs, honey, oil, yogurt, applesauce). Mix dry ingredients and add to it. add bananas and nuts. add into muffin pans. In few muffin I push chocolate chip or M&M into the middle of a muffin. For surprise taste :) Bake for 20 minutes on temp 350F.

and plum slices.

Roo ate 3 muffins, all veggies, plums, some beans.

  1. Drug addicts always come up with different ways to make drugs. Right now they can make drugs that look exactly like candy. Some even taste like candy. That's a very easy way to get kids hooked up on drugs. That is scary because I have 2 kids. What's even worse is that the percentage of kids that abuse drugs is pretty high.
